Automated access control for cloud applications based on predefined conditions. Individuals are given an email account to be used for official College communications. Users can request assistance in restoring mailbox items or request an email message trace. If a new network and email account is needed you can request it here.

This is not the place to request a new computer. ITS will reinstall Windows and your applications in order to improve your experience. Periodic refresh can improve performance.

PCT Accounts are issued to all students and employees. These accounts provide secure access to a wide range of digital services that are essential for academic and administrative functions.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security when logging into Penn College services and applications. In addition to your username and password, you also have to provide an alternate method of authentication.
