The Madigan Library has laptop computers available for loan to part-time and full-time faculty and staff. These laptops are available on a "first-come, first-served" basis and must be reserved ahead of time by submitting this form. Please allow 24 hours for processing your request. If you are requesting special software or accessories, please allow 72 hours (or 3 business days) to process your request. PCT Alerts is maintained by the College Police, It is a messaging system designed to alert employees and students of situations that may require immediate attention.
Employees are given voicemail capabilities for their desk phones. Voicemail messages will be accessible from your phone as well as your email inbox.
This is not the place to request a new computer. ITS will reinstall Windows and your applications in order to improve your experience. Periodic refresh can improve performance.
