Beginning fall 2024 all Penn College students are required to have a laptop. This form is to provide temporary laptop loans to students whose laptops are temporarily unavailable.

All employees are given a VoIP (Voice over IP) desk phone to use when they are hired. Adjunct faculty typically share phones with other adjunct faculty. If you need a new phone, or changes to an existing phone you can request it here.
PCT Alerts is maintained by the College Police, It is a messaging system designed to alert employees and students of situations that may require immediate attention.

Office 365 is Microsoft's cloud-based version of the Microsoft Office Suite that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and more. Office 365 gives you the ability to access these productivity tools anywhere you have access to the Internet.
This is not the place to request a new computer. ITS will reinstall Windows and your applications in order to improve your experience. Periodic refresh can improve performance.

EIS is the Web-based component of the AS400, providing easy access to functions such as requesting leave, ordering parking permits, posting grades, viewing class rosters, changing your EIS/AS400 password, subscribing to PCT Alerts, and much more.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security when logging into Penn College services and applications. In addition to your username and password, you also have to provide an alternate method of authentication.
