Employee Information System (EIS)

Service Description
As the central data repository and processor, the Employee Information System (EIS) allows employees to schedule classes, record grades, process payroll, update leave accrual, and so much more. EIS also provides online applications to students through the Student Information System (SIS), which allows applicants and students to view class schedules, check financial aid and tuition bills, view grade reports, verify meal plan balances, check progress toward graduation, and much more.

Your EIS main menu consists of several options that all employees are assigned that allow you to manage your EIS account and menus, view available sick time, or view financial statements like your pay stub. In addition to viewing financial and human resource information, the EIS menu will also include menu options that are specific to your job role. For example, a supervisor will have the option to view and approve leave requests of his/her employees. The right side of the EIS menu also displays useful information like EIS password expiration date, items that require your attention, and links to other information systems and frequently used pages.

To access EIS, use any web browser and go to https://as400sec.pct.edu/webapps/eswlogin.pgm.  Use your network username and password to login.
