PCT Accounts

Service Description

PCT Accounts are issued to all students and employees. These accounts provide secure access to a wide range of digital services that are essential for academic and administrative functions. Alumni and retirees are provided with email-access, only.

Services Offered

With a PCT Account, users can:

  • Log into campus computers and other devices
  • Access email, PLATO, Microsoft 365, Anthology, and many other cloud services
  • Connect to shared network drives and file storage
  • Use campus printing services
  • ...and much more!

Accounts are automatically created upon enrollment or employment and they will remain active for the duration of a user’s affiliation with the College. Access to specific services is based on the user’s role and departmental needs.

Access to College-provided technology resources is governed by the Information Technology Resources Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). All users are expected to review and comply with this policy. Violations may result in loss of access privileges and other disciplinary actions.
