Service Description
VPN service allows computers to connect to the Penn College data network from off-campus, thereby granting those computers the same access, rights, and privileges as computers attached to the campus network directly. The VPN service is reserved only as a solution when other methods of access to College services are inadequate. MFA (Multi-Factor-Authentication) will be required to utilize the College's VPN service.
Only College-owned computers can be permitted VPN access when required for business purposes. Access from a personal computer is strictly prohibited. Users and machines connected to the VPN must abide by all policies of the College including, but not limited to, the College’s Information Technology Resources Acceptable Use Policy.

Eligibility
All employees can request VPN access. Be advised that all requests will need to go through an approval process.
