Connecting Wi-Fi Devices to the "PCT" & "PCT-New" Networks

PCT & PCT-New SSID's

The "PCT" Wireless SSID is our old wireless network that is being phased out and replaced with a newer, faster, and more robust "PCT-New" SSID.

Depending on WHERE you are located on campus this year, and WHEN you are connecting, you should see either "PCT" or "PCT-New" SSID's.  When connecting to either of these networks you will need to use your PCT credentials, username (w/o "@pct.edu") and password.  We recommend setting both SSID's to Auto-Connect after you have connected to each the first time.

For the Fall '24 semester you will not need to register your devices, as required in the past, that use the PCT or PCT-New networks.  Registration is only required this Fall semester for PCT-IOT devices and can be done at mydevices.pct.edu

* Reminder that this PCT-IOT network is not for cell phones, laptops and other devices that are capable of connecting to PCT or PCT-New.

Device Specific Instructions for connecting to either PCT or PCT-New are linked below:
