Service Description
Conditional access policies based on location control where authorized users can access cloud applications, resources, and services. These policies help secure our resources and our users by preventing unauthorized access to important services and systems and by helping to keep our user accounts safe and secure. Protection includes login attempts from countries other than the United States and Canada.
A conditional access policy is a definition of an access scenario in which automatic actions are taken (or prevented) when certain conditions exist. Or in simpler terms, "When this happens, then do this". For example, when a user that always connects from Williamsport attempts to connect from China, block access.
