Description
Use QualtricsXM to gather data about academic insight, and employee and student feedback. You can then analyze the data and generate reports right in Qualtrics, or export the data to Excel. As a Penn College employee or student, you should log in to Qualtrics (https://pct.qualtrics.com) with your PCT username (not your PCT email address) and password. The first time you log in you will be asked whether or not you have a preexisting Qualtrics account. Click 'No, I don't have a preexisting account here' and one will be created for you. Once you see that your account was successfully created, you can click the 'Sign In' button where you will log in with your PCT account and read and accept the terms of service. Thereafter, when you see the Penn College logo, you will know that you are on the correct page to log in with your organizational account. With Qualtrics you can:
- Create your own projects, use a template, or copy an existing project
- Use Qualtrics built-in tools to easily create surveys with default or custom choices, replace text, check spelling and accessibility, or use display and skip logic
- Include more than 15 question types
- Distribute surveys or polls as a hyperlink or a QR code in an email message, P.L.A.T.O. news or lesson item, and standard social media apps. A contact list can supply options to reach a large, targeted audience.
- Analyze data with filters, crosstabs, and weighting
- Generate and download reports in multiple formats
