Creating a New Survey in Qualtrics

Overview

Penn College has a licensing agreement with Qualtrics that allows faculty, staff, and students to easily create new surveys and analyze data. Please be sure that you are logging into Penn College's licensed version (pct.qualtrics.com) using your network credentials.

Instructions

Step 1. 

After signing into Qualtrics, click on the "Create new project" button in the upper-right corner.

Step 2.

Click on the "Survey" button.

Step 3.

Click the 'Get Started' button in the lower-right corner.

Step 4.

Give your survey a title and select the folder you would like to place it in.

Click the 'Create Project' button.
