LinkedIn Learning, a Microsoft company, is the educational counterpart to LinkedIn, the professional social networking site. Through Penn College’s enterprise license, employees and students can advance their skills, knowledge, and credentials in professional and personal interests by taking advantage of these key benefits:

- Earn print-friendly certifications for completing courses that can also be added to his/her LinkedIn profile.
- Receive CEU certifications and credits when completing a learning path.
- Get on-the-spot information quickly from course videos, which also provides the user with a peek into a course
Many LinkedIn Learning courses and learning paths list the learning objectives and details that may aid individual users, as well as instructors and supervisors, in finding courses that match specific objectives or goals. A user's LinkedIn Learning Home Page, as shown in the picture below, offers multiple options for users to find or be notified of courses relative to their interests, skill level, and prior learning.
- The menu at the top enables a user to browse/search for courses and videos, review his/her history, notifications, and navigate to his/her LinkedIn profile
- See new or updated courses featured for his/her profile
- Set/edit a weekly goal to stay him/her on task with a learning goal(s)
- See a visual shortlist of courses that are in progress, saved, or from your organization. This provides quick reminders to a learner and returns him/her to the spot where he/she stopped,
- Pick from suggested courses in categories such as "Top Picks", "Trending", "Most Liked", or "Top skills for similar learners, in roles, with similar interests".
