Using Pawprint on iOS Devices

Overview

Pawprint is a "print & release" system which allows you to retrieve your printed documents from any Pawprint enabled device on campus by simply swiping your ID card or logging in with your network username and password. You can print from your Apple phone or tablet through the AirDrop menu from any AirDrop enabled app.

Instructions

Step 1. 

Select the AirDrop icon from any AirDrop enabled app.

Step 2.

Select the Print option. You may need to scroll over to see it.

Step 3.

Tap Select Printer.

Step 4.

Tap the Pawprint queue.

Step 5.

Enter your PCT email address and password, then tap OK.

Step 6.

The default print options are duplex (double-sided) and black & white. To print single-sided or with color, tap Options.

Step 7.

After you have configured the options for your print, tap the print button.

Step 8.

Your document has now been sent to the Pawprint queue! Go to any Pawprint enabled printer to sign in and release your document. Remember that color prints cost $0.10 but black & white only costs $0.04!
