Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) or Unlock a PCT Account

Step 1: From the PCT sign in screen, click on Can’t access your account or
            navigate to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

Step 2: Select Work or school account

Step 3: Type in your PCT email in the email box. After that, type the characters shown in the picture in the box below, then click Next.

Step 4:

If you forgot your password, select “I forgot my password”, then click next.

If your account is locked, select “I know my password, but sill can’t sign in”, then click next.

Step 5:

You need to verify your account using the authenticator app or phone number depending on the method that was used to sign in to your account. If you do not have any of those methods to verify your account, please contact the IT Service Desk at 570-329-4848.

Your new password has been set and you can now login to your account.
