Connecting Devices to "PCT-Guest" Wi-Fi Network

PCT-Guest SSID

Pennsylvania College of Technology provides a Guest Wireless Network to accommodate visitors wireless needs at our campus locations.  This network does not require any PCT accounts or registration at this time and uses the 5ghz wireless frequency to provide fast speeds.  This is an open or unsecured wireless network, users are accepting any risk associated with this type of network.

Depending on WHERE you are located on campus this year, and WHEN you are connecting, you will see one of these two screens after initiating a connection to "PCT-Guest".  The image with Ruckus at the top is our old wireless we are transitioning from, and the image on the right is our new Cisco wireless.

Acceptance of the PCT Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), is a legal document that lays out what the college deems permitted usage of our network, and acceptance is required to connect to any of our network resources.  You will need to scroll to the end of the policy to select the "Accept" button.  You will also need to do this daily if you are using the guest network for more than one day.
