Step 1.
It may be necessary to adjust your mobile device’s web browser settings to allow for Cookies and to allow for Cross-Site Tracking. These adjustments can be made under the Privacy & Security section of your browser settings.
Step 2.
From your mobile device login to P.L.A.T.O.
Step 3.
Click on the Menu icon and choose My Media.
Step 4.
From the ‘Add New’ dropdown select Media Upload.
Step 5.
This will open the Upload Media page where you can 'Choose a file to upload.'
To choose an existing video recording from your mobile device click on Photo Library option.
Once you have selected a file, the upload process will begin. This could take several minutes or more depending on the size of the file.
Step 6.
When the upload is complete, you will be prompted to enter a name (required), description, and tags.
Step 7.
Once you have completed these fields you will need to click Save at the bottom of the above screen to save the file to your ‘My Media’ content.
Step 8.
To upload this video to a dropbox or discussion, you will need to navigate to the course and the P.L.A.T.O. tool you wish to upload to.
From here, you will need to click on the Insert Stuff icon of the 'HTML Editor' and choose Insert Kaltura Media, where you can select and Embed the video of your choice.
