Service Description
Portal sites in which any group of employees may share information about work-related projects with any other group of employees. These sites typically include document libraries and calendars but may also include task lists, contact lists, links, and discussion boards.
Note
In most cases, Microsoft Teams (and Teams sites) are used instead of portal workgroup sites.
