Wireless Access for TVs and Game Consoles

The PCT wireless network uses the WPA2-Enterprise encryption standard which is not supported by all devices. Most notably, game consoles, smart TVs, and personal digital assistants (i.e. Alexa, Google Home) will not connect.

Penn College provides the PCT-IoT network as a work around for these devices. To register your device, you will need your device's wireless MAC address which can typically be found in the device's network settings menu. For assistance in locating your wireless MAC address, check the Related Articles box on the right side of the page.

Please allow up to 3 days for your device to be registered. You will be notified when the registration has been completed. Laptops, phones, and tablets do not need to be registered. We do not support the use of wireless personal printers.
