Overview
This article will instruct users on how to prevent the "AppContainer Incompatibility in Protected Mode" dialog box from showing up on startup.
Instructions
Step 1.
Open Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have two copies of Adobe Acrobat Reader, open the one with the solid red logo, as opposed to the one with just a red border. Once it's opened, click on Edit (top left, next to File) and then Preferences. Once the Preferences window opens, go to the Security (Enhanced) tab.
Step 2.
Once on the Security (Enhanced) tab, uncheck the checkbox next to Enable Protected Mode at Startup. Then click OK. Once done, that's all you have to do, and the dialog box should stop appearing.
