Overview

Quick troubleshooting guide for display issues with PowerPoint in Dual Monitor math classrooms.

 

Description

If the PowerPoint presentation is not projecting on the projection screen, there are two options for correcting:

            With Slide Show started:

                        Click Display Settings on the Presenter View Monitor

                        Select Swap Presenter View and Slide View

Shows display swap settings while in powerpoint presenter mode

Or

Before starting Slide Show:

                        Select the Slide Show tab

                        Toward the right, there is a Monitor setting

                        Select Primary Monitor in the dropdown box
