This article introduces the TeamDynamix front page, service catalog and knowledge base applications to the Penn College community.

Description

Information Technology is a service industry. Everything we do in Information Technology Services (ITS) is intended to help our end users do what they need to do better, faster and more efficiently. TeamDynamix is a cloud based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform based out of Ohio. Like all service management platforms, TeamDynamix empowers the people who use the platform with easy ways to access the tools they need. At Penn College, we've added a few key ways for you to request help, find information, and stay up to date with the services we can provide you right on the front page of TeamDynamix. 

The Front Page

We've put quick links on The Front Page to the help you find what you need, and we've also included important information that you'll want to have. Here you'll find buttons to let you report a problem when something isn't working the way it should, request a service that you need, check the status of your tickets, and more. We've also included news items to keep you current with what ITS is working on, and contact information in case you need to get in touch.

The Service Catalog

It can be hard to know sometimes what Services are available to you as a student, alumni, or employee of Penn College. Our Service Catalog simplifies the request process by laying out all the IT services we provide in one place. We've provided descriptions of each and simple forms to make sure we have all the information we need to deliver your service to you as quickly as possible. If you're in a hurry or not sure how to ask for what you want, TeamDynamix has a helpful Search bar in the upper right corner. Have you looked everywhere, and still can't find what you need? You can Chat with ITS using the button on the front page and we'll help you.

The Knowledge Base

Technology often brings with it questions. Whether you're a tenured professor or a first year student at Penn College, you might find yourself needing a quick answer to something that's left you scratching your head. Our TeamDynamix Knowledge Base gives you a central repository of information to let you get your answers and get back to the task at hand. The knowledge base has the same powerful Search functionality you'll find throughout TeamDynamix. If you've searched through the knowledge base and still can't find the answer to your question, try using the Ask a Question form to let us know something is missing.
