Reporting Phishing Emails

Phishing emails remain one of the most dangerous cybersecurity threats facing PCT. There are many users who regularly report phishing or suspicious emails, and in many cases, this allows Information Technology Services (ITS) to mitigate any threats quickly and efficiently. To further streamline this process and allow users to report emails easily we would like to point out a feature available in your email interface. This feature will allow you to report a message directly to PCT, ITS, and Microsoft’s Anti-Phishing team. Please use this method to report phishing or suspicious emails in the future, instead of emailing ITS or opening tickets.

Outlook Desktop Client
Select the 'Phishing' option from the 'Report Message' dropdown on the right side of the quick access toolbar.
