Recording and Saving a Zoom Session

Overview

Zoom sessions can be recorded and saved for student or instructor review.

Instructions

Step 1. 

Sign into zoom and start a session.

Step 2.

Select the “record” button to start recording the zoom session.

Step 3.

To stop recording, select the Pause/Stop recording button and choose to stop recording. Recording will also stop if the meeting is ended.

Step 4.

A copy of the recording will be converted to an .mp4 file format and a new window will open displaying the file location.
