Changing the Start or End Times of a Survey in Qualtrics

Overview

Qualtrics allows the start and end dates of a survey to be changed. This allows more time if a specific amount of time is required or if more time is preferred.

Instructions

Step 1. 

With the opened survey, select the “Survey Options” options on the left navigation and then select 'Responses' from the panel.

Step 2.

In the new screen that displays, scroll down and select the 'Edit Survey Availability' button.

Step 3.

The start and end dates can be changed by clicking on the calendar and then using the two dropdown menus to specify the exact time the survey opens and closes. When the specified start/end times are set, the “Save changes” button must be selected for the changes to be saved.
