Running the Accessibility Checker in Qualtrics

Overview

Qualtrics has an accessibility checker which can be used to review a survey and judge if anything needs to be changed.

Instructions

Step 1. 

Within the survey builder, navigate to the top of the screen and select the “Tools” button to show the dropdown menu, from which you will select 'Review' and 'Check survey accessibility.'

Step 2.

The review the checker provides will appear at the top of the window that will show suggestions to make the survey more accessible.

Step 3.

The options “Done” and “Recheck” in the lower right of the window can be selected to either close accessibility checker or to have it recheck the survey.
