Overview
uBlock Origin is an ad blocker for Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Internet advertisements are a common attack vector and this add-on blocks most ads before they can affect your system.
Instructions
Step 1.
Click the appropriate link for your browser of choice.
Google Chrome
Mozilla Firefox
Step 2.
Click on the "Add to Firefox" or "Add to Chrome" button, as appropriate.
Step 3.
You will receive a prompt asking you if you want to install the add-on/extension. Click to confirm the installation.
Step 4.
uBlock is now installed and working in your web browser. If you find that it is inhibiting the function of a website, you can click the uBlock shield icon in the upper right corner of your browser window, then click the power button icon to turn it off temporarily.
