To access/setup voicemail on your Cisco phone.
Locate the Tape Recorder icon on the left side of your phone buttons and press #.
Enter your 4-digit PIN followed by the pound sign. (NOTE: For first-time setups, the default PIN is 1111)
If you're setting voicemail up for the first time, you will be prompted to complete the setup wizard.
Follow the remaining steps for greeting and PIN setup in the wizard to complete.
Press 4 to enter setup options and navigate through prompts for the desired modification (Modifications include Greetings, Message Settings, or Preferences)
