To restore a previous version of a file from Teams, navigate to the SharePoint document library where the file is stored.
Open the Teams channel and select the "Files" tab at the top.

Right click (or click the three dots) on the file you want to restore and select "Open in SharePoint"

Once in SharePoint, Right click on the file and select "Version history"

The version history window will show all previous versions of the document. Click on the date to view that version

You may be prompted by the browser that it is trying to open an application. Click on "Open"

Once you have verified this is the version you want to open, click on "Restore" button in the ribbon
