Instructions
Step 1.
Download the Safety Survey ZIP file.
Step 2.
Login to P.L.A.T.O. and open the course site that the survey will be loaded into.
Step 3.
Click on the Manage tab, then select "Import/Export/Copy Components".
Step 4.
Select Import Components and click Start.
Step 5.
Click Upload and select the ZIP file, then click Import All Components.
The imported survey will appear under the Resources tab, under "Surveys".
If you need additional support, please submit an Administrative Support ticket, choose "Other", and state that you want an administrator to add the survey to your course site(s) within the Detailed Description field.
