Description
Microsoft Bookings is available to you through your Office 365 subscription. With Bookings, individuals, offices, and departments can manage their time and availability to students, the campus community, and external customers. The easy-to-use customization options in Bookings allow a page administrator to add multiple services and staff members to accommodate a variety of needs and schedules. Services could include office hours, advising, tutoring, and just about any service offered by the college community. An "appointment" could be for one person or a group of individuals. "Customers" can pick from available services, times, and staff. Calendar availability for individual staff is dependent on his/her availability in Outlook.
Once you have created a Bookings page and are ready for customers, usually students or colleagues, to book appointments, you can add a link to your published page to an email, syllabus, P.L.A.T.O. course site, or office portal page.
