To troubleshoot login issue with TimeClock Plus, please verify the folowing items:
1. Make sure the user is accessing TimeClock Plus from the links in the portal. https://mypct.pct.edu
2. Verify the "Network ID" is correctly setup in TimeClock Plus by contacting payroll at PCTime@pct.edu or phone ext 4770 to verify the "Network ID" Field is configured with your fully qualified login name. i.e. username@pct.edu
3. If the two items above do not resolve the issue, contact ESI-Systems for further assistance.
