When the student attempts to log into Microsoft Azure, they are presented with Azure not recognizing the university ID.
As advised on the page, the students can access the portal by following the steps below.
1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Del on your keyboard (shortcut is applicable for IE and Edge).
2. Close the browser and reopen it.
3. Use an InPrivate browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + P on your keyboard (also applicable for IE and Edge).
4. Go to https://azureforeducation.microsoft.com/devtools.
5. Please click on the blue Sign in button.
6. Enter your e-mail address along with your password.
7. Click the radio button to agree with the new terms and conditions. Next page will be the Education Hub.
