Create a New AS/400 (iSeries) Password

NOTE! The AS/400 password is not the same as your network account password. To reset your network account password, see the article Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR).

In order to reset your AS/400 password, you will need to be able to log in to your network account.

Step 1.

Log in to the EIS.

Select ‘Manage My EIS Account’.

Step 2.

When prompted, enter the last 4 digits of your SSN.

If successful, a temporary password will be sent to your Penn College email account.

Step 3.

Log in to the AS/400 with your username and temporary password.
When prompted, create a new password for your AS/400 account.
You should now have a new password set and ready to use for logging in to the AS/400.
