Instructions:
Press the phone's "CFwdALL" or "Forward all" softkey and then hit the Voicemail Button, or enter the voicemail pilot number "8444" to forward all calls to voicemail. To forward to another persons extension, or enter a cell phone number by inputting the 4 digit extension or "9########## if area code is 570, if not add 1 to area code. Please test after you setup forward to make sure there isn't an issue, if there is please open a help desk ticket to get assistance.
To remove forwarding of all calls to any number, press the "CFwdALL" or "Forward off" softkey.
