Ticket status summary table
Status Name Dept. Summary
New ARP, GS, ITS, PRM The ticket has been submitted, but is in an approval process or has not been reviewed
Acknowledged ARP The ticket has been submitted and reviewed. Work has been scheduled.
Open PRM, GS The ticket has been reviewed and assigned
Work in progress GS The ticket is actively being worked on
In Process ARP, ITS, PRM The ticket is actively being worked on
On Hold ARP, PRM The ticket is on hold for any one of the reasons listed below
On Hold - Parts on order GS The ticket is on hold until parts arrive
On Hold - Pending scheduling GS The ticket is on hold until resources become available to complete the ticket
On Hold - Awaiting funding GS The ticket is on hold until a funding source can be identified
On Hold- Awaiting requestor feedback GS, ITS The ticket is on hold and requires your input. 
On Hold- Awaiting Vendor ITS The ticket is on hold awaiting parts on order, awaiting instructions from vendor support, warranty replacement, etc
On Hold - Awaiting Technician ITS The ticket is on hold awaiting technician scheduling, research & testing, etc
Open Extended -Project GS The ticket will require a project to complete.
Resolved GS The issue is believed to be resolved. Awaiting your confirmation.
Complete GS Work is completed
Closed ARP, ITS, PRM Work is completed
Reopened ARP, GS, ITS, PRM The requestor has replied to or commented on this ticket after it was closed. 
Requestor Withdrawn GS The requestor no longer needs this service
Cancelled ARP, GS, ITS, PRM GS has canceled the request or the requestor has withdrawn an ITS ticket.
