Work Teams are established, as needed, to perform specific activities in the project plan. The members of the Work Teams are responsible for providing information to the project team and assisting them in making decisions, as well as recommending overall solutions.
Work Teams are comprised of two or more individuals assigned to a specific project activity and are formed and dissolved as necessary. Furthermore, the Work Team completes sub-components of project deliverables, documents and writes reports pertinent to their tasks, ensures completion of tasks, and provides regular status updates.
