PCT Information Security Training

As a full-time employee, full-time faculty, or part-time faculty it is mandatory you complete annual Information Security professional development provided by Information Technology Services, as defined by Information Security Policy P 5.28.   

You will need to use a browser to connect to this training, the hyperlink to access the training is:

After browsing to the link above your will reach the following page (see below). Please click the Link “Pennsylvania College of Technology Login”.  This will allow you to use your PCT email address and password to log into your Information Security training.

After logging in you will be redirected to your training portal page.  The dashboard will have training titled “2021 PCT Info Security Training”, please click this training to reach your training modules. (see below)

If you do not see the training in your "Not Started" section, please check your "In Progress" section. (see below)

The link will take you to a page with a list of modules to complete.  These modules are comprised of short videos followed by three questions.  To pass the module you will need to answer these three questions correctly.  If you do not, you will be given as many attempts necessary to correctly answer them.  If you feel that you need to review the video again you may do so at any time.

When you have finished all of your videos, the training will be marked as complete.  ITS will document all employees that have finished the training, but if you would like to obtain proof of this completion for yourself or your supervisor you can do so by clicking the “Achievements” link on your training page.

This will send you to a page where you can download a certificate of completion.  Please click “Download certificate” to receive that document. (see below)
