PLATO Gradebook Drop Lowest Non-Bonus Items

Instructors who use the Percentage Grading option in a PLATO gradebook can choose to drop the lowest non-bonus items for a category where all items in the category have the same point value.

Instructors who use the Percentage Grading option in a PLATO gradebook can choose to drop the lowest non-bonus items for a category where all items in the category have the same point value.

Instructions

Step 1. 

Navigate to Manage Grades in the P.L.A.T.O. course site and select to edit the category from which you want to drop non-bonus items.

Step 2. 

Locate the Distribution area under the Grading heading on the Properties Tab. Enter the number of lowest non-bonus items to drop for each user, as shown in the screen capture below.

Step 3. 

Choose the Save and Close button at the bottom of the page.
