Send to Mail Recipient no longer works after Office 2019 64 bit installation.

Instructions

Step 1.

Delete the Mail Recipient shortcut in  C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

Step 2

Create a new shortcut in C:\users\(username)\appdata\roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo

For location enter "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" -c IPM.Note /a

Step 3.

Name it Mail Recipient
