How to change a forgotten voicemail PIN.
(Please Note: This procedure will only work while on campus or off campus using Remote PC.)
Instructions
Step 1.
Open a web browser and type in the following URL https://unity-1.pct.edu/inbox in the address bar.
Step 2.
Navigate to settings on the top menu bar and choose passwords. In the drop down menu, choose "Change PIN."
