How to Delete or Recall a PO not Confirmed

Steps to Delete or Recall a PO.

  1. If PO status in “Draft” (not submitted to workflow):
    1. Orderer can click on Delete and it will be deleted.

  1. If PO status is “In Review” (submitted to workflow):
    1. Approver can select “Request Change” in Workflow and PO will go back to Orderer
    2. Orderer needs to select “Recall” which changes PO status to Draft
    3. Orderer can select “Delete” to delete the PO from system or “Edit” to make changes and then submit it back into Workflow

 

  1. If PO status is “Rejected”:
    1. Orderer needs to select “Recall” which puts PO status as Draft
    2. Orderer can select “Delete” to delete the PO from system or “Edit” to make changes and then submit it back into Workflow
