Connecting a Google Pixel Device to "PCT" or "PCT-New" Wireless Networks

Instructions

Step 1

Go to your Wi-Fi settings screen by swiping down from top of screen from home page and then click the word Wi-Fi.

 

 

Step 2

Select the PCT-New if available, or PCT.

 

Step 3

Enter PCT username and password and click on "CA certificate".

Step 4

Tap under "CA certificate" on the "Use system certificates" and change to "Trust on First Use".

 

Step 5

Click on "View More" to expand settings.

 

Step 6

Make sure "EAP method" is set to PEAP, and "Phase 2 authentication" is set to MSCHAPV2.  

*Google Pixels need their email address input into the "Anonymous Identity" field, ​​​​all other Androids should leave blank.

Tap on "MAC address type" and change from "Randomized MAC" to "Phone MAC"

 

Step 7

Tap on "Connect" to finish setup.

 

Step 8

You should see a pop-up window with the Certificate Details and at the bottom you will need to tap on "Yes, connect".  You should be connected after this.

If you have any issues and are not able to connect please open a Service Desk ticket.
