Please Verified that the user has been assigned the right Office license:
- log into AZURE and go to there account.
2. Under licenses make sure that they have a Microsoft office 365 account.
If you have been assigned the right license, please follow the steps below to see if the issue can be fixed:
1. Launch Finder
2. Select Go ➙ Go to Folder… (Shift + ⌘ + G) from the menu bar
- Type ~/Library and hit Enter
- Locate the "Group Containers" folder
- Delete the following files from that folder:
- UBF8T346G9.ms
- UBF8T346G9.Office
- UBF8T346G9.OfficeOsfWebHost
- Empty Trash
- Reopen one of the office Products then sign in with your account.
