Managing Groups

Summary

Adding and editing group membership for users that are both App Admins and have the "modify my managed groups" permission in TDX

Body

To modify a group you are a manager of without full business environment administrative access (e.g. you are a TDNext app administrator, but not a BE Administrator)

  1. In TDNext – click "View Applications"
  2. Select the “People” application
    1. If you don't see this option, contact Brad Miller
  3. Select “Groups” on the left navigation pane
  4. Search for the group you want
  5. Click on the group name to add, remove, or modify membership
  6. The "Primary", "Manager" and "Notified" fields are toggles. Just click to update them
