The Registrar's Office at Pennsylvania College of Technology maintains the academic records of all students, past and present, and determines the access and distribution of those records based on state and federal laws. We are also involved in the interpretation of academic policies as they relate to students.

Student Services
Student Affairs/Student Rights & Responsibilities
Student Affairs at Pennsylvania College of Technology implements and upholds regulations that protect the rights of individuals while ensuring the safety, well-being, and integrity of the entire College community. Students are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with these regulations and all pertinent College Policy and Procedures.
Counselors are available to help students resolve personal concerns that interfere with their academic progress, social developments, and overall life satisfaction at Penn College.
myVOICE
myVoice Submission and Response Guidelines
When a submission is received, it will be forwarded to the appropriate department or committee for discussion and/or response. A summary of each submission will be added to the Voices Heard page, with the exception of submissions that:
- lack substantive detail to allow for effective research and/or response (NOTE: applies only to name withheld submissions that do not provide Governance with the means to contact the individual for clarification of the issue).
- are presented in a defamatory or otherwise unprofessional manner.
- include language that directly attacks a specific individual; myVoice is not designed to be the place for airing interpersonal, judicial, or personnel issues.
- include unqualified criticisms that do not raise a legitimate critique or suggestion.
- have already been addressed via a recent Voices Heard response.
Technical Support
The IT Service Desk provides students with a variety of services and assistance with technology on and off campus.
Services include:
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems.
- Resolve Internet connection issues (wired and wireless).
- Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
- Identify causes of computer slowness and frequent errors.
- Answer general computer questions.
