In Teams, user can see their video feed but others cannot see them.
Description
When using a HDMI camera to a Elgato Cam Link 4k converter to USB, a user can see their video feed but others cannot see them. Issue is only with Teams. Cam Link 4K converter works with Zoom. For Teams while using a HDMI camera, a Black Magic ATEM must be used to convert HDMI to USB.
