Setup Special Access for those unable to use Monitor

Overview

If you have students with inconsistent or slow Internet connections, we suggest you allow the student an exception from Respondus Monitor. 

Description

Step 1. 

Open Quizzes/Exams from the course navigation.

Step 2. 

Click on the LockDown Browser Dashboard.

Step 3.

Click on the down arrow next to the quiz and select Settings.

Step 4.

Select "Require Respondus LockDown Browser for this exam" and "Require LockDown Browser to view feedback and results"

Step 5.

Click the + next to Password Settings and enter a password.

Step 6. 

Select "Require Respondus Monitor (automated proctoring) for this exam"

Step 7.

In Advanced Settings select "Allow this exam to additionally be delivered in a proctored lab".
